I know there's a lot of cross-readership, but folks should check out the discussion at Tapped today on who the "least bad" Republican is, and how viable some of the longshots will become. And if you're not already reading Tapped (where I also post), you should be.

It's odd, I used to read the Tapped blog before I ever read this one, but then they changed the format to one I didn't like and I stopped going there entirely. I'm thinking I'm going to do the same with the New Republic website. I'm more fickle than I thought I was.

Count me as one for whom the TAPPED redesign turned me from a regular reader to one who only visits occasionally.

It has ugly fonts and a bad color scheme. The spacing between posts is awkward too. Maybe add lines or something.

Count me as another person who's down on the TAP redesign. I actually like the design as such, but TAPPED loads *way* slower than it used to for me, and *way* slower than pretty much any blog I read.
