Bush hates little white girls? I thought it was brown and black people?

Posted by: abw | Oct 12, 2007 2:42:17 PM

God that picture is awesome.

"Bush hates little white girls? I thought it was brown and black people?"

Bush is color-blind when it comes to ignoring the needs of the majority of Americans. If you're not a business crony or a Bush family loyalist, he has little time or interest in you.

It would be interesting to see the Leftist Democrat response to Republicans engaging in this same
Stunt. How about the Republicans put up a 8 year old to read:

“”I miss my Daddy, he works hard all day and then had to take a second job at night to pay the
taxes the Democrats demand. He works very hard to pay for my Healthcare because he really cares about me.
I just wish other families thought the same way, then my Daddy could concentrate on working just to make my life better,
and not all those other kids the Democrats want to make him responsible for.
I really felt bad for the Frost family and certainly thought people should help, but then I found out they has a lot
more assets then we do, and could afford to pay for themselves if they made it a priority the way my Daddy does
with me.
I want to see my Daddy more, I just know he’s going to die early working so hard to pay for Pelosi and Reids’ tax schemes,
but the Democrats have turned him into a tax slave to pay for programs they won’t pay for themselves.
It makes me cry at night before I go to sleep. My Mommy says Daddy works so hard so one day we will be able to
afford all the nice things the Frosts own, the late model Suburban, the house, the business. But with us paying the
Frosts bills, I just don’t see how will ever afford it.
The Liberals say I’m mean and heartless for not wanting to pay for other people stuff, but I go without toys, I don't see a doctor unless I'm really, really sick,
we haven’t taken the vacation Daddy promised three years ago, and I still go to a terrible public school, unlike all the Frost kids.
Why do the Democrats hate me when I’m just a kid?””

It would be interesting to seezzzz

Fuck off back to Drum's site, Charlie.

It would be interesting to see the Leftist Democrat response to Republicans engaging in this same
Stunt.

the GOP engaged in the same 'stunt'. bush brought a 9-year-old boy along on his whistle-stop campaign to dick with social security. he also vetoed the stem cell bill on a stage surrounded by children.

the dems didn't declare those kids and their families to be "fair game", as far as i remember.

apparently, the dems have at least a little bit of class.

"It would be interesting to seezzzz"

Amen. I grew tired myself sifting through the typical blame-the-victim nonsense.

Posted by: The_Question | Oct 12, 2007 6:57:51 PM

Ooh, jhupp hit nail on head when he said "solipsist."

Posted by: klein's normal nut | Oct 12, 2007 8:21:00 PM

I think you've officially landed.

Chopper says: ""the GOP engaged in the same 'stunt'. bush brought a 9-year-old boy along on his whistle-stop campaign to dick with social security. ....
the dems didn't declare those kids and their families to be "fair game", as far as i remember."""

THEN YOUR MEMORY REALLY, REALLY SUCKS.

The boys name was Noah McCullough and Bush did not thrust him on stage and write a speech for him the way the Democrats did with Frost.

Even so, here's some of the things the left had to say about Noah:

* Jesus’ General and TBogg, made sexual references to the kid…
* Kewpie, who called him “a budding young fascist” and “dumb”…
* DadaHead, who said the kid was “in desperate need of a good ass-kicking…”
Dadahead also challeneged Noah to a FIGHT!
* Democratic Underground, where commenters wrote quite a lot of things that I don’t care to reprint…
* Salon’s What Would Dick Think, Daily Kos and Atrios, who called the kid “Cousin Oliver”
* And, at Ezra Klein’s own blog, Melissa McEwan said his appearance was “indicative of a desperation reserved for policy proposals that are ready for the graveyard”…

And Noah wasn't dug up by the Republicans and thrust forward, he geniunely has a love of politics and has since he was very young.

Perhaps you need soem memory training...

Here is a short sample of some of your own Ezra Klein posters comments on Noah. You may be shocked by your own comments:

His momma ought to whip his lyin' little ass.

Posted by: Dick Durata | Feb 26, 2005 3:43:45 PM

His momma ought to inform him that his premise is full of shit.

Posted by: Shakespeare's Sister | Feb 26, 2005 3:44:38 PM

Kids love using their imagination to make fantastical stories come to life.

Posted by: SamAm | Feb 26, 2005 5:00:55 PM

LOL, SamAm.

You know, this story is just another reason to never have kids. The little fuckers might turn out to be Republicans.

Posted by: Shakespeare's Sister | Feb 26, 2005 5:18:49 PM

Do we have a responsibility to call Social Services on these parents? His mother is even a Democrat!

btw, thanks for the hat tip.

Posted by: John | Feb 26, 2005 5:23:33 PM

They'd just take him away and give him to James Dobson.

No problem. I noticed the Daou Report picked it up, too!

Posted by: Shakespeare's Sister | Feb 26, 2005 5:35:15 PM

"He's very patriotic and very Republican"

Perhaps someone should explain to him the amount of national debt he will be paying in the next few decades. I'd bet that that would change his tune.

Posted by: Fledermaus | Feb 27, 2005 4:21:51 AM

Do you think its remotely possible that the incredibly inept Democratic message machine could manage to make an ad that gets this frame correct.

Look ma - guess who's making Republican policy these days - nine year olds!!!!!

Posted by: flory | Feb 27, 2005 1:52:12 PM

"The boy, Noah McCullough, made a splash with his encyclopedic command of presidential history, [...] "He's very patriotic and very Republican," said Noah's mother, Donna McCullough, a former teacher and self-described Democrat. "It's the way he was born."

So he's an idiot savant then?

Posted by: Phoenician in a time of Romans | Feb 27, 2005 9:15:29 PM

Jimmy Carter tried this with his daughter Amy (in a policy speech about nuclear disarmament) and people laughed at him. This is pathetic. Politicizing a young kid is the same as sexualizing a young kid (like they do little girls in those beauty pageants).

There's alot more if your care to look in the mirror:
http://ezraklein.typepad.com/blog/2005/02/this_noahs_on_a.html

I especially liked this liberals stance:

""Sounds like a perfect candidate for child abuse to me----GET THE BELT!!!!!

Posted by: Harsh | Oct 26, 2005 6:52:54 PM""

See Ezra, other people can dig up history too.

Posted by: Patton | Oct 13, 2007 6:07:08 AM

It is clearly noticeable that Republicans attacked the Frost stunt on the policy and the facts, and the adults actions. Whereas, the Liberals attacked Noah on a personal level, calling him names and suggesting he be personanly harmed or abused.

I have seen no such comments from Republicans suggesting such things be done to Greame Frost, and I would certainly denouce them. I notice Ezra, did not denouce such comments when it came to Noah.

Posted by: Patton | Oct 13, 2007 6:45:59 AM

And Noah wasn't dug up by the Republicans and thrust forward, he geniunely has a love of politics and has since he was very young.

what, he walked up to the WH and demanded to join bush on his campaign? very interesting.

Perhaps you need soem memory training...

yes, i'll go get 'soem'.

Posted by: chopper | Oct 13, 2007 1:35:28 PM

It is clearly noticeable that Republicans attacked the Frost stunt on the policy and the facts, and the adults actions.

its clearly noticeable that you haven't read any of the right's reaction to the frost speech. making up facts about the family out of whole cloth is none of those three, for starters.

Joined, even though I think I technically have had a friendly discussion with you that involved minor points of disagreement. But you did win me over. I can only imagine the boots-quaking fear of someone facing you that actually has substantial quarrels.
