Laughter truly is contagious. If he hadn't been laughing and was just reporting in a serious voice would anyone laugh quite so openly on their own when hearing his report?

Another thought: maybe the Dems in Congress should take a lesson here, and just loudly, openly laugh hysterically when Bush makes a speech to them. To pump the well, they could just wear iPod buds to a songtrack of boisterous laughter and let the laugh contagion have its way

Wow... this has been floating around on the net for months. (and that's AFAIK, it could have been even longer.) Amazing how things like this float around for so long and resurface in different places. It is hilarious, glad it popped up again.
