Okay, Julian, that's pretty awesome. But did you know Optimus Prime is Jewish?

Those are two excellent links. I'm familiar with both as "Transformers: The Movie" was the subject of an amateur MST3k-like gathering of some of my friends and I watch "Family Guy" with some regularity. The second link was enhanced by being described as, "Transformer's Ortimus goes to the Mitzvah sinagogue as a good Jewish."
How on Earth did you happen up on such an oddly obscure name in the first place? Not that I'm criticizing it, had my friends and I been there we might've been team 'Chief! MacLeod!'

It was originally Optimus Chaim, but got Americanized on Ellis Island.
