So now that I know you guys have perpetuated the Iraq War through your cussing and unwillingness to realize the media prizes respectfully worded appeals to civic virtue, it's time to come clean. What else have you done?

This isn't really a confession, but an accusation: bob mcmanus, by his early claim that the Mavs would win the NBA Championship series, made probable the victory by the forces of Darkness (i.e., the Heat). That the refs acted last does not absolve him of responsibility.

My heresy probably emboldened Sadr in Iraq, Nasrallah in Lebanon, and all the Islamofascists who surely interpret every word in The New Republic as the very best in American strategic thinking. Mea culpa.

Aside from agreeing with Ezra that For Siegel, a New Republic writer, to blame a lack of effectiveness in the anti-war, TNR-reviled blogosphere for the perpetuation of this conflict is straight insane., and perhaps that makes both Ezra and I insane because we can see this and the editors of The New Republic cannot, seemingly. But is insanity a confessible condition?
If insanity now means the up is down, right is left, radical conservatism is radical liberalism, then 30%+ of the American people are insane for thinking that BuShCorp is Protecting America and Saving The World.
Hummm. That sounds about right, come to think of it.
There is an upside for being insane. You can't be blamed for acting with criminal intent, since you are judged incapable of discerning the difference of right from wrong.

Apparently, since I am on another side position wise I must approach this in a bizarro fashion.
I have yet to install a six-pack on my 'hybrid' muscle car, so I am still getting about 7 - 10 MPG with a two-barrel 318. That is not the big sin, I have not posted instructions for others to do it themseves either.
I have a long-vowel last name but I don't mow grass for a living and I don't go online begging for welfare, like some publications think that I should. I have not mowed a lawn since I owned a house in Tennessee.
Never burned a cross either, nor have I ever had the desire to. If someone trys it near me I have two riot guns to persuade them to behave.
My back is not wet, but with my family's swim being from Italy, having a towel would be the last of our concerns.
The only language I speak fluently is English, but I don't care what language others speak. Especially pole dancers.
I regret that I am not as good as you guys at this, but my degree is in Finance, not creative writing. :)
