Damn, the left needs to stop linking to RedState... it sends me over there, and then I can't help following those Bizarro Threads for the next half hour. Check out the debate over who was worse - Warren Burger, for being a conservative who betrayed the cause with his incompetence, or Earl Warren, who was "just plain evil."

Strangely enough, I feel as though they're probably more right on that than anything else EVER on that site. The whole nomination is about Bush having control over her, at least that's what I believe.

So, Rove and Cheney control Bush, and from 'the ranch' Bush will control Miers, til death do them part.
Cheney's pacemaker is really an alien implant and he will play his role from the grave and beyond.
Rove will use his persuasive powers from Leavenworth via ARMPAC missives smuggled out.
We haven't had a SCOTUS impeachment for a while (never?). Miers getting Georgies instructions or on paid trips for her from the Federalist Society should provide some grist for a dust-off on long unused process.
